How to purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages and click on the "add to basket" button of any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. Autosportmodels.com accepts most credit cards for payment (including Mastercard and Visa) and UK based debit cards (Switch, Solo, Electron etc). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the exchange rate ruling at the time of the transaction. Orders must be paid for at time of ordering (via credit card. Non-credit card holders can contact us to arrange payment via cheque).

Delivery
Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are delivered by Parcel Force International Standard. Some example expected delivery periods are shown below:

We despatch your order within one week provided the goods are in stock at the time of the order. If you have provided an email address, you will always be contacted with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait. Please open the packaging of your item carefully before checking it. The condition of packaging is, in most cases, as important as the condition of the item itself.
Returns
If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will replace the item where possible stocks allowing. As many models are fragile, particularly hand built resin models, we strongly advise that the extra postage is paid on ordering so that it is insured to be sent in the post.

Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping basket. Our site's order form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and financial information (like their credit card numbers).

Refunds policy
If an item is in perfect condition but no longer wanted, we reserve the right to cancel the order with mutual aggreement, and a refund will be given less any costs incurred to us.
When an item is ordered which is not in stock, and you do not wish to wait for the item to come into stock, or receive an alternative item, you will be advised of a refund being given, this process usually takes place within 1 week of a refund being requested.
Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
Goods remain the property of Autosportmodels.com until paid for in full.
We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
You are advised at the time you place the order, whether the item(s) are in stock or awaiting new stock or sold out.You should be aware that some items can take in some cases, 3 months to become available again, you will be advised of this eventuality.
Payment
All orders must be paid for fully in advance of their despatch. Orders can be paid for by credit card, debit card or bank cheque/order in UK Pounds Sterling.
